Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible PIN codes across India.
Trendivaa reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Trendivaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the product.
Your request will be reviewed, and a replacement or refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy) will be processed if approved.
