  • You provide clear photo and video proof showing the defect or issue (video is mandatory for verification)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or design

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement or full refund

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

No Return Shipping

In most cases, customers are not required to return the product, as return shipping internationally can be costly. Instead, we may:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
